Launchora creates and maintains websites for businesses and professionals. The exact scope of each project is confirmed in writing before payment.

Prices shown on the site are final and under the Portuguese VAT exemption regime [Art. 53 of the Portuguese VAT Code].

The setup is paid before work starts. The monthly fee starts when the site is published on the chosen domain.

The client is responsible for sending correct business information, including address, hours, services, prices, images and copy when available.

Publication happens after client review and approval.

There is no long-term contract. The client can cancel with 30 days notice. The site is deactivated at the end of the applicable monthly period.

The domain can be transferred to another provider at the client request.

Launchora commits to providing the service with professional care. It does not guarantee specific Google rankings or concrete commercial results.

External provider failures, such as Cloudflare, Stripe, Web3Forms, Cal.com or Google, may temporarily affect features that depend on those services.
