Launchora collects only the data needed to reply to contact requests and provide the requested service.

• Contact form: name, email, optional phone, business type and message.
• Strictly necessary cookies, including language preference when applicable.
• Technical hosting logs needed for security and site operation.

The data is used to reply to contact requests, prepare proposals, answer questions and take pre-contractual steps.

The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR, covering contract performance or pre-contractual steps requested by the data subject.

We use essential providers for the site and commercial process. These providers process data only as needed.

• Web3Forms (Bromo Pte. Ltd., Singapore): form processor, with Standard Contractual Clauses under Article 46 GDPR.
• Cloudflare, Inc. (USA): website hosting and security, with Standard Contractual Clauses.
• Stripe Payments Europe Ltd. (Ireland): payments, when the client decides to proceed.

Contact requests are kept for up to 12 months, unless a later contractual relationship justifies a different period.

Technical logs are kept for up to 6 months, unless needed to investigate a security incident.

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability or objection regarding your data.

To exercise rights, email contacto@launchora.pt with your NIF and the email used in the request, so we can verify identity. You may also lodge a complaint with the Portuguese CNPD.

Some providers or subprocessors may process data outside the European Economic Area, including in the USA or Singapore. Where this happens, Standard Contractual Clauses or another suitable legal mechanism is used.

This site does not use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel or advertising cookies. It may only use a strictly necessary cookie for language preference.
